If you’ve watched the news in the last week then you are aware that the Swine Flu (H1N1) has emerged. Unfortunately, children and adults die every year of the flu virus but the news media has targeted this particular strain as more dangerous. Our government’s answer is a vaccine which is not even going to be available until mid-October. PLEASE do your own research on this vaccine. I am not going to discuss the dangers of the flu vaccine in this article but urge you to do your own research before choosing that particular method of flu prevention.
There IS another answer! You and your family can be protected from flu and cold viruses and I am going to share with you how to do that.
